Egg Challenge 1: Reverse Drop
Purpose and Directions
The purpose of this project was to construct a container that will catch a raw egg and prevent it from breaking. Also, the direction was to create a paper structure that is tested to adequately protect an egg. (Design, Build, Test, Redesign, Rebuild test)
Materials & Requirements

Used A4 paper (no limit)

Any tape (no limit)

Structure length or width maximum: 50 cm

Structure must be able to stand within a 50x50 cm square pad.

Use only specified materials

2 Trial Drops must be completed before the Final Drop

All parts of the container must remain inside the container during and after the Final Drop. A drop that results in lost materials will be given a zero score for that drop.

Evaluation

The most thing that I was surprised was when our egg broke. I expected our egg to be break, but when it actually did, I was out of my mind.

Our test egg did survived, but our test egg didn't got inside of the structure.

For the next time when we do this kind of project again I would definitely add more cushions inside of the structure. Also, I will make strong and stablized strcture. And lastly, I would make sure that if my foldings are accurate.
